Wiser Hub
A Wiser Hub allows your customer to access their Wiser Smart Home System from almost anywhere they have internet access through the Wiser by SE app.
Without a Wiser Hub they can still connect to their Clipsal smart devices through Bluetooth (point-to-point pairing) and the Wiser by SE app when they are within range.
The Iconic connected switches, dimmers and sockets leverage both BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) & Zigbee technology, making them ultra-flexible and scalable. Iconic connected devices in BLE default mode can be swapped to Zigbee mode after installation to allow the Smart Home to evolve over time with the end user's changing needs.

I want to put in two-way switching but can’t run the cables between the mechanisms. Can I achieve wireless two-way switching with Wiser Zigbee?
This can be done with our 2AX, 10AX or Micro Module Switch along with the Hub. At one end you will need an Active, Neutral and Load wiring. At the other end you will need Active and Neutral only. You can then create Automations to achieve the 2-way.
You need to create two automations for a 2-way:
- when switch A and switch B are ON, turn switch A and switch B ON
- when switch A and switch B are OFF, turn switch A and switch B OFF
This can be expanded to 3-way, 4-way etc by simply adding the other switches into the respective ON and OFF automations.
In the Wiser by SE App what are Moments and Automations, how are they triggered and how are they different?
Moments and Automations a series of actions that need to be triggered. These can be created via the Automations and Moments tab in Wiser by SE and are only compatible with Zigbee connected devices.
An Automation is a series of actions that will be triggered when the pre-set condition(s) is/are true. For example - If Motion Sensor changes state to occupied turn on Iconic Wiser Dimmer 1.
A moment can be a single action or multiple actions which can be triggered via the App by tapping the moment on your home page or in the Moment and Automations tab or via voice commands or even be triggered by other devices as part of an Automation Action.
How do I setup a schedule in Wiser by SE for switches, sensors or socket outlets?
Find the device in the App and tap on it, when in the specific device screen tap on Schedule. In the Schedule screen tap Add and then create a schedule for the device. For Socket outlets there will be an option in the Schedule screen to select which socket you want to create the schedule for.
When a device is in Zigbee mode, schedules can only be created for an ‘On’ or ‘Off’. Hence two schedules will be needed for an ON/OFF - one for the ON time and one for the OFF time.
In Bluetooth/BLE mode you can select a time range and both an ‘On’ or ‘Off’ within a single schedule.
