Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Electricalxpress will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request is received within 14-days of receipt of the item. The product will need to be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

• Call our service team by phone 1800 614 400 between 8am - 4pm ACST
• When the service team have authorised your return via email.
• Return the product to us by post.
• Once returns are received and accepted, a refund will be processed to store credit for future purchase.

*Electricalxpress will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping cost.

Warranty Claims

Electricalxpress will accept any valid warranty claim as determined by the manufacturer of the product purchased.

• We can arrange a replacement or refund.
